CIT Appoints Lisa D. Zonino Global Head Of Human Resources
CIT Group, a provider of financing to small businesses and middle market companies, has appointed Lisa D. Zonino as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources effective immediately. She will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John A. Thain.
Ms. Zonino will be responsible for CIT's human capital strategy including the development and implementation of the company's global employee programs, policies and benefits initiatives.
Ms. Zonino most recently led the Global Risk Practice for Egon Zehnder International where she was responsible for recruiting and talent assessment in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder she held senior administrative and operating roles in the risk and finance functions at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Zonino began her career at Bankers Trust Company where she held various business management roles in Risk Advisory, Capital Markets and Private Wealth Management.
