Anthony J. Vardy Joins Korn/Ferry|Whitehead Mann As Managing Director – U.K.
Korn/Ferry International has hired Anthony J. Vardy as Head of the firm's London office.
Vardy is joining Korn/Ferry|Whitehhead Mann after 15 years at Spencer Stuart where he was head of the firm's London office and a founding member of the Technology, Communications & Media Practice in Europe.
"Tony has a history of success while working with some of the most well-recognized, high profile companies both in EMEA and worldwide," said Bernard Zen-Ruffinen, Korn/Ferry president of EMEA. "He is also a proven leader, with deep international experience and strong understanding of the evolving talent management issues impacting the C-suite and boardrooms."
Vardy previously was an international consultant in communications and technology for blue chip U.S. and European companies. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with British Telecommunications in the U.K. and in New York. Earlier, he was the group director of corporate strategy and managing director of a cable television and broadband services.
