VMA Group Appoints Prescott To Internal Communications Practice
VMA Group appoints Chloe Prescott as a consultant within its Internal Communications practice. Chloe joins VMA from The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS).
During her six years at RBS she held a number of internal communications roles which involved planning and implementing strategic employee engagement programmes, managing communications for internal change initiatives, coaching leaders and senior managers on how to communicate effectively and channel management and development. Most recently, Chloe was part of a wider communications team working on the high profile ABN AMRO integration.
